Although there is a variety in the belief of a divine or supreme being in the occult, it is fair to say none of them really believe the supreme being is the God of the Bible. Satanists and witches believe in Satan with witches believing in a Nordic or Celtic god called Samhein who they believe is most powerful at Halloween when they believe the dead come back to visit their former homes on earth. Some witches also believe all nature is god and god is in all nature. Spiritists and other people that contact the dead such as fortunetellers or perhaps some phychics you could say believe the highest spiritual powers are spirits in the spiritual realm around earth in another dimension. Most people or practitioners in the occult would believe their supreme being is one of the above or some combination. I would warn anybody especially Christians not to get involved with Halloween with even the expression trick or treat having occultic meaning that there might be some occultic blessing if people leave food or other treats for the supposed dead that if they are real are actually demons and that otherwise these spirits would carry out a trick which would be some spiritistic or haunted incident.
